FEEDBACK & COMPLAINTS

Contact us any time if you have any customer complaints, questions, advice on products, their application or ingredients, or even if your favourite product is out of stock and you want to know when it is next in, or you want it put aside. We love customer feedback, especially reviews on our products so we can pass them onto other customers.

Please note any feedback as to a non delivered item must be made in the form of a written claim within 90 days of pick up. It is not enough to enquire as to the status of your order. This is a strict term of NZ Post.

All advice on new product ranges, brands etc that we should try and source is much appreciated. We want to be the one stop shop for our customers for all their beauty needs and we need your help to make sure we have thought of everything and our products live up to their expectation.
