Charges applicable to areas outside the Canterbury region only. Bulk items which will not fit in a 185mm x 280mm trackpak up to 5kg. Items would include, but not limited to selected gift sets and toilet bags.
Includes Christchurch, Lyttleton, Prebbleton, Rolleston, Lincoln, Kiapoi, Rangiora, Oxford, Banks Peninsula, Akaroa, Waikari, Rakaia, Ashburton, Methven, Cheviot, Hanmer Springs, Geraldine, Temuka, Timaru, Arthurs Pass, Lewis Pass and Kaikoura. All shipping to these areas $4.50 regardless of size.
If the order button is not visible on the site and you cannot place an order it either means that the product is an oversized item and the freight cost will need to be quoted to you, or the item is out of stock. If this happens please do not hesitate to call us on 0508BEAUTY and we will do our best to resolve the problem. We reserve the right to contact you and re-quote the freight cost should you purchase bulk items that make the total product package to be delivered into an over-sized item.

All stock is located at our Christchurch store and warehouse. We always ship out your order within 24 hours of receiving your payment (except weekends and public holidays).
How do I track my order?
After we send your order, we email you a notification saying your order has been dispatched.
Look for the "Click here" link in that email. Once clicked you will be taken to the Fast Way website where the tracking will automatically show up. Here you will see where your package is.
Most orders arrive within 1-2 working days. If you have not received our tracking email please first check your junk mail folder.
Be sure that you are checking the same email address that you made the order with. If you still haven't received the tracking email, please contact us.
All orders receive a tracking number by email, so you can track your order on their way to you. Orders that are placed before 3.00pm get shipped out same day (except weekends and public holidays, in which case the product will be shipped out on the next business day).
Please allow 1-3 working days for national delivery. We cannot always guarantee this as it depends on your local courier driver. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped and provide your tracking number.
We are happy to ship internationally. Please discuss this directly with Jo on 0272230773. We can do further discounts on bulk.
We sadly cannot offer Refunds or accept Returns on any purchases for hygiene and safety reasons, please choose products/shades carefully when ordering. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us first on 0508BEAUTY before ordering
If we have mistakenly sent you an incorrect product or missed something from your order please Contact Us . Products must still be in their brand new packaging, in an un-used, un-opened condition before we can give a refund or swap product over.
If you experience a problem with your order, including faulty merchandise please get in contact with us within 5 working days from receipt of your order. We will meet cover the postage costs both ways. We will meet all our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Please note we do not store credit card details. In fact, credit card details are not entered on our website. Once you click confirm, you are transferred to Paypal.com's secure payment gateway to enter your credit card details. Paypal is the world's most trusted online payment system. However, to provide you with a refund we will have to process this manually from our end, once we have been in contact with you.
